Great Help to Reduce Cravings and Stress,
In the processes of quitting smoking, I used or tried every tool available — nicotine patch and gum, homeopathies, herbs, hypnosis cds, and a great book (The Easy Way to Stop Smoking). Eventually, I found that the book along with hypnosis cds and these tablets did the trick. While I’m pretty sensitive, I still found it truly remarkable that these little pills could work so well and so fast. In fact, when my boyfriend started smoking again recently, I started using them again to relieve stress. They look like aspirin but have a gentle sweet taste and dissolve in the mouth in about 30 seconds. I highly recommend this product.

|THE GOOD AND THE BAD,
The good news is it stops cravings and other effects of withdrawal very effectively.
The bad news is since it has lobelia, or “Indian tobacco,” as well as tobacco extract, you end up having to withdraw from the tablets. So in that respect it’s like the gum or the patch. I’ve had a tough time trying to get off the tablets.

Update- Now removed, so it might be better?
I went from Lights, to .1mg ULTRA ULTRA Carlton Lights, and quit.
These pills gave me a “BAD” withdrawal craving!!!
I feel that these were similar to the patch…, and are for someone trying to kick a full blown habit cold-turkey!
You might try starting out with 1/2 pill…, and taper down?
Washington Homeopathic’s- “Stop Smoking” product made it EASY, and NO side effects/craving!
