Works like a charm, October 5, 2010

I used 8-9 pieces a day for only about the first week & a half. I’m on week 5 of no smoking & haven’t had a piece in 3-4 days. I was afraid of getting addicted to the gum so I started swapping it out with regular gum early. This did work miracles for me. Easily eliminated nicotine cravings & was a great substitute for the oral fixation & “getting in the car” ritual. After 18 years of smoking, I thought quitting would be alot harder but Nicorette was a huge help to me. I’ve had no ‘quitting crankiness’ & only gained 2 lbs. I have & will continue to recommend this gum to people who are looking to quit.
