Just remember that what your doing is hard at the end of step one if you do not feel you can handle going to step two…stay on step one and extra week or two..everyone’s different and we all can’t follow the schedule on the box. Do what feels right for you! I went from Step one to step two and I couldn’t handle it…I was cranky and I cried and… I stepped back up to Step one for an extra week and I was fine! Give it a try and All the best of luck to you…. and if you screw up you screw up … take a deep breath and try it again

I was a horrific smoker for 22 years – I smoked well over a pack and a half a day… I am not proud but with the aid of the patch. I quit! I am now entering my 38th week with out a smoke…not even a drag! I encourage others but I don’t preach… nobody likes and ex-smoker

I was smoker by 15 years and 20 daily cigarettes, since I start to smoke for the first time I have stop smoke without the anxiety and the bad humor that usually happens.
Nicoderm CQ is amazing… 28 days without smoking is wonderful!

I was a smoker for over 10 years. I purchased this when I wanted to quit smoking and it worked so well. I have now been a non smoker for 2 years. I followed the plan and set a date.I told as many people as I could so that every time I wanted to cave in to a craving I would know I would have to face all those people and tell them I had failed. I also bought cinniman sticks. You can suck on them and they are the shape of a ciggarette and the taste of the cinniman is soothing and gets you through those tough cravings. One thing to remind yourself is that by giving in your cravings you go back to the startline , So wether you have one hr or two weeks under your belt try to tough it out keep that time under your belt its very dicouraging to have to start from scratch. If it does happen though just pick yourself up and start again. It feels really good to be a nosmoker, I never want to be smoker again.

I went through a box of these in my quest to quit. And I was surprised that they actually DO prevent you from that “need.” When I got to the point in my day where I generally smoked – I’d just think to myself, do I need it now? And discovered I didn’t. For about 2 weeks I didn’t smoke at all. Then I switched brands and discovered that all patches are not made equal. So next week I’m going to seek these back out to finish my initial plan of quitting.
The negatives – these patches are clear, and rather large – and they itch like crazy. They also leave a large rectangle of goop on your skin that you have to scrub like heck to get off. But – they work. You can’t argue with that.
The price will also make many balk – but if you do the math – a box of 21 should last you 3 weeks, and if you smoke a carton a week then you’re actualy saving money, even if you have to live on the patch the rest of your life (kidding). If you want to smoke give this a try.
