if you put a usb charger cord into a wall adapter and charge it directly from an outlet, will it charge faster than in a computer usb port? If so, why is that? (he item in question is an electronic cigarette battery, not a piece of computer hardware or a device that will interact with a computer)
im looking for a reason why, I.E. is it a stronger charge or does the computer limit power supply etc. also, how would a car charger handle the same task vs a computer and a wall outlet?

Is it the nicotine itself or carcinogens? I switched about a month ago to the electronic cigarette in an attempt to eventually quit.
