Some flavors do come close, but real smoke has combustion byproducts this doesn't. But most of us come to enjoy the cleaner tasting flavors. Generally it's not as harsh, but some brands of liquids and devices have a similar sensation we call Throat Kick. JantyUSA is good for that. Totally liquid has a good reputation for that, too. Some people like more throat kick, some like less, you can experiment to find your preference. The vapor doesn’t taste like real smoke, IMO.
