This i reviewed Im 99% positive it has nico. When you buy them you can choose the amount of nico, None low med. High, i think these carts were med - high, if u dont smoke often i suggest low, or maybe not at all, since it does have nico, it may increase your nico craving so be careful. But they are cool, and helpful, and taste SOOOO much better.
