I'm not 100% though since I'm not sure if it's tobacco or nicotine itself thats illegal, but I'm pretty sure it's tobacco that's illegal. Anyways I've used one of these electronic cigs to quit smoking but I used non-nicotine cartridges. It didn't taste great, but it did provide that extra little something needed for me to quit. Now I no longer use it, but still it is nice to know I have it at times. Finally on a side note, I'd recommend avoiding nicotine at all costs if you aren't already hooked. It does absolutely nothing for you except cause death, disease, and cost a lot!
