I’ve smoked for twenty years, and while patches did help some I tend to want the “action” of smoking.

Yes, these e-cigs do work.
Once I learned about them and got a decent e-cig I was off of tobacco cigs in 2 1/2 weeks. It just works without any real effort because you can now smoke in your house, your car, etc. I don’t really use it in places of business but anywhere outside I’m using it. LOL So its just easier to pick up the e-cig instead of a real one and they taste better.
I love to smoke. I hated cigs for all the reasons we all hate them (and love them)
Do research first, before you shell out any cash – check out videos on youtube, read some forums. I like e-cigarette-forum.com and vapersforum.com You can see what’s involved and see different models, etc. there are links to reputable dealers and everyone is really helpful.

I tried one, and it worked pretty well though I didn’t use it to stop. Make sure you do some research, some brands are better than others. Worst thing that will happen is you’ll end up using the e cig instead of cigarettes, that way you’ll get a nicotine buzz without the cancer risk. Best thing, it will allow you to taper off.
