Ok, got a tricky 1986 Camaro Iroc-Z z28 situation?

The car is an original iroc-z, which of course originally came with the 305 tpi fuel injected engine. Well the guy that owned it before me switched out the engine with a really nasty built up 350 carburated engine. NONE of the gauges inside work except for the speedo, and an after market fuel pressure gauge and also an aftermarket water temp gauge(but it isnt acurate anyways) The interior lights dont work, the dash lights dont work, the cigarette lighter doesnt work, the automatic door locks work but the button is totally broke, and the vent fans dont work. The windows are automatic and do roll down, although slowly. and the electronic back hatch lock works great. All the exterior lights work awesome(*headlights, brake, turn, all that stuff) Since the computer is no longer used in this vehicle what do i do to fix all these electrical bugs? Im very mechanically inclined and im great with engines and trannys and all that, but electrical issues are tricky. How do i go about fixing this stuff? The fuse block is still connected under the dash and its only missing a couple of fuses and all the rest look good. Basically i really just need my gauges to work. they all just jump around randomly and i dont know when the last time was that they worked or how to fix this. Im sure it could be a ground, but all the gauges do the same damn thing. OH, and i need to fix the tach, it works fine! Its just set really high so that idle speed is at like 7000. how do i do that. Any help will be appreciated greatly. Aight you camaro lovers, help another one out

The ECM isn’t going to have anything to do with most of your issues. You need to find out what fuses are missing and see what they go to.
That’s a start.
It sounds to me most of the issues will lie in the fuses and the circuit breakers in the fuse panels. Definitely start there.
It sure does sound like a ground issue. Check to make sure the engine is grounded to the fire wall. There should be a braided unshielded wire that bolts to the heads and attaches to the fire wall.
