because smoking is routine. using an electronic cig would change your routine completely because it is a dramatic change and its a START.
Someone I recently met is using Green Smoke and so far finds it effective. Whether he can give up the real smoke is another thing. Also the product is not cheap so it’s something you don’t want to end up depending on in lieu of cigarettes. Best option is to go cold turkey. The first two or three weeks are tough but it does get easier once the physical addiction subsides.
Recently my wife and I decided we should quit smoking. We tried almost everything but finally we found these new electronic cigarettes. They are fantastic, and as we order new cartridges we are lowering the amount of nicotine we smoke, hopefully we will be able to be off it soon. It seems to be working pretty well and I’m not feeling any negative effects, and I love the taste. The cost might seem pretty steep up front, but I go over the math on my blog, and in the long run (In under a month) you are actually saving money. As a couple we are saving almost $300 a month by switching over. I put up a blog chronicling our adventure if anyone wants to read.
I know it isn’t 100% up to date. I wrote some posts while I was on vacation and I will get them up asap, I promise.
Well, let me put it to you like this…
My uncle (who has never smoked) is a sucker for a scheme. So he has been trying to sell those darned things for the last year….and my aunt still smokes.

Heya! as far as I understand from the rep in my town, you can use them to stop smoking or you can just use them as a safe replacement for smoking if yo want to keep the habit. No need to get the niq fits if you can smoke safely. Anywho I got my Sis an Edge e-cig. looks respectable and tastes quite good actually o.O

Some say that using electronic cigarettes can help you quit smoking. Currently there is no scientific evidence for or against it. One option is to gradually lower the level of nicotine in your cartridges to become nicotine and tobacco free.
The other option is to smoke electronic cigarettes with zero nicotine cartridges while applying nicotine patches. That way you separate addiction and habit.
I would recommend one of the five brands listed here.
All these ecigs are popular and have received good user ratings.
I’ve tried just about every method there is out there and there is only one I can recommend – NLP! It eliminates the cravings.
Gum patches and all the other just did not cut it for me, not to mention cold turkey which was the hardest, I even tried the electric cig and it is just no match to the real thing.
