Electronic Cigarettes for Non-Smokers?

Ok, I have seen a friend use these “E-Cigs” (the Blu brand) and I know he is a NonSmoker. I can’t make heads or tails of the hype, its bad for you then its ok? Not for nonsmokers but its safe?
Bottom line, is it safe for a nonsmoker to use Electronic Cigarettes?

He is just stupid, because he is now going to get addicted to nicotine and when he run out of money to buy another expensive e-cigs, he is going to end up going to the store to get regular ones because of his nicotine addiction, All I can tell you is if you thinking on start smoking don’t do it, no e-cigs not regular ones, I start when I was 14 and I been trying to quite sense I was 19, Im 21 now and every time I try to stop I just smoke more and more.
When you are young you think is cool, but when you realize is stupid is to late to stop, Ill be frank if you want to smoke something because I know you are young and gona end up trying something, smoke weed once in a blue moon don’t get caught is not as addicting and you can have a good time, when you are with some friends and girls, I know is illegal at the moment, but not addicting and not a so dangers as cigarettes.
e-cigs are only for current tobacco smokers who are legally allowed to smoke.
There are many companies that offer non-nicotine cartridges for e-cigarettes. Do your research I suppose. I use prosmoke but there is a lot out there. You do have to be 18 to purchase them, no matter if it is non-nicotine or not however.
If someone is trying to quit and the “action” of smoking will deter them, it might not be a bad idea.
