I suppose it would be legal to buy them as long as you didn't import them into this country. Why would anyone want to buy something that can't be shipped (imported) here? And why would anyone want to leave a paper trail leading directly to their door?

I wish that people would rather concentrate on overturning this stupid bill and voting out all of the jerks that voted for it and signed it. I'd rater spend my time trying to get back my freedom than figuring out ways that I "might" be able to escape punishment from the federal government for breaking their stupid laws.

We all know that Obama signed it into law but here are the names of the members of the House that voted for it:
And the Senators that voted for it:
AND Philip Morris was supporting this bill. What a surprise---they don't produce any of the banned items. Great way for them to eliminate their competition.

Oh yeah, this site gives access to the wording of the bill and at the very bottom it's supporters and those who opposed it:

Sorry for the mini-rant but I just get so irritated when my government takes away yet another of my freedoms. I have smoked one clove cigarette in my life (I didn't like it) but that doesn't mean that I think that the government should take away anyone's freedom to choose for themselves.

Clove oil ravages your lungs, look it up. You're much better off with regular cigarettes. However, if you still want to smoke the things, I'm guessing that you'll be able to get them online from overseas. After all, you can get just about anything else. It won't be legal, but customs doesn't check everything, and it's not like they're going to bang down your door if you order them.

Yes it does. They are no longer being sold in the USA. Anywhere. the explanation in the paper this morning said that it's because flavored cigarettes are enticing to younger people.
