Please don’t buy a Smoking Everywhere electronic cigarette. They are one of the crappiest models out there and give e-cigarettes a bad name.
Check the forums out and you’ll see that the two most highly regarded models are the DSE901 and the Joye 510 (also called a Janty, Dura, Yenti and Pilot, amongst other things). I have both and they blow away the other four models (including Smoking Everywhere) that I have tried.
Beside making a horrible electronic cigarette, Smoking Everywhere also charges triple for the starter kit and for supplies. Do yourself a favor and get a quality e-cigarette from the get-go.
