My blu cig is currently being shipped but I will soon post how to refill them. People have different techniques to refill cartridges but theoretically you can refill any brand cartridge. You would want to refill the cartridge at the mouth end - not the side with the metal thread. Cartridges from 2 piece cigarettes are little more difficult to refill. Having a syringe is greatly helpful. I heard that Nicotine liquid is highly transdermal so keep it away from your skin when refilling.
