Can I measure a dose of nicotine from an e-lquid (used in e-cigs) and dilute it to take it orally?

My e-liquid only contains:
Propylene Glycol
Vegetable Glycerin,
Natural and Artificial Flavorings
It does contain nicotine, and I know nicotine is a poison that is why I say measure out.

where do you think you’re going to get the nicotine from?
Nicotine is a pretty powerful poison, eating a whole packet of cigarettes should be enough to kill you from nicotine overdose (nicotine is partially destroyed by heat though).
i wouldn’t do it. nicotine can make you very sick if digested. even with dip, that’s why you spit.
