Blu Cigarettes isn’t a very reputible company, there are hundreds of complaints about these guys, the primary complaint being the company not keeping enough product in stock to fill orders, the #2 most common complaint is of the product refusing to work properly after the first 3-4days.
As for the mall Kiosks that is another less than reputable company, they have an over priced lower quality product that has been bashed to no end for YEARS.
