The difference between them is quality, battery life, cartridge life, and actual design of them. I have found the ones with a manual button are better because the normal ecigs are always on so the battery can drain simply by listening to your car stereo. My boyfriend smokes so he decided to buy it which it is pretty expensive. The cartridge runs out pretty fast so you have to frequently get new cartridges.
