I smoked a pack a day for 10 years. Two years ago I quit with nicotine losenges and gum and the use of an electronic cigarette. i feel so much healthier, but now I’m addicted to nicotine replacements. Is this unhealthy? i feel way better health wise, but are NRT’s unhealth too?

it’s way better than smoking!
Hey man, I have struggled with the same problem as you for a while. For two or three years, I was smoking sometimes and using nicotine replacement when I wasnt smoking. I eventually had to quit smoking first, then quit nicotine replacement. I took it step be step. What helped me quit the nicotine replacement was going outside with my dog (as if to smoke) and drinking hot coffee or tea instead. Chewing regular gum helps too. Nicotine replacement is not unhealthy exactly, but it does have drawbacks. Those nicotine lozenges will give you HUGE cavities on your back teeth. I almost had to get root canals in both of my molars from keeping those things up against my teeth for two years.. So thats really what you mostly have to watch out for. Goodluck!

replacements , beacause you have a strong desire , and you know your self , if you
have strong desire or not .
