Question from JarJar Binks
I smoked a pack a day for 10 years. Two years ago I quit with nicotine losenges and gum and the use of an electronic cigarette. i feel so much healthier, but now I’m addicted to nicotine replacements. Is this unhealthy? i feel way better health wise, but are NRT’s unhealth too?

There are medications that help wean you off of nicotine addiction. I think Welbutrin is one of them. You will need to talk to a doctor about this.
Good for you for kicking cigarettes.
well you might to takr into account that nocotene is almost as deadly a poison as alcohol but why not just follow the directions and reduce the dosage it should work, I gave up four years ago and only have to be around a smoker for ten minutes and that little hit of nicotine gets me again but I wont start again its just there thats all
