/ I smoked for 36 years

/I was getting through 50 gram tobacco every two days, (say 50 a day normal cigarettes)....

/ Truly awful, depressed, irritable, longing for a smoke,

/I quit 19 months ago

/ now it does, but not before. I quit due to all the hassle, cost, infringement of my rights, and constant smell in my flat!. Health was aconcern, but not the pressure that had me quit...that came from the British government.
Pictures like this do effect me now, I go look at this sort of thing on the internet if I start wondering if a cigarette might be nice!
