144/89 bloodpressure at 20 years old, is this bad?

Question from James

I am 20 years old, I lift weights vigorously 5-6 times a week, I smoke over 1 pack of cigarettes per day and just got over a heavy drinking weekend. I started checking my blood pressure with an electronic monitor at 11:25 PM on a 3 minute interval basis and took an average of the results and got 144/89 with a pulse of 76 beats per minute. I do not feel chest pain per say but more of like an acid reflux/slight burning in my throat. I figured this could be from the smoking as I generally smoke more on nights I drink. I also take NO-Xplode and Cell Mass as lifting supplements. I also recently found out I have a very minor heart murmor with the valve that pumps blood from the heart to the body, mine leaks a bit. Any help or information you can give me would be very helpful.
I have not had an alcoholic drink for over 24 hours.

your systolic pressure is pretty high. you should go see a doctor
you should really cut the drinking and smoking

i think probably not, but you’ll have to check it out over a period of time…if it continues, consult ur doctor.
